NATURE-BASED MEDITATION: A SIX WEEK COURSE
Sierra Foothills, California In this class, participants go out into the woods to connect with nature using new and old meditative techniques. We cover basic mindfulness as a grounding technique that enables all the other mediations and natural experiences to find their root.
Location: Woolman at Sierra Friends Center 13075 Woolman Lane, Nevada City, CA All classes are Saturdays from 2-4 pm during the time frame. There is one special night class from 7-9 pm on Week 4. |
