The morning session covers the basics of the meditation practice and the afternoon session provides additional mindfulness work around conflict, gives an extended period for outdoor practice, and then concludes with loving-kindness meditation.
The talk and additional practice session for this day retreat focuses on mindfulness's role in dealing with conflict, our own responsibility for the conflict in our lives, how to use our conflicts for greater self-awareness, and also how to respond more consciously and effectively during life's difficult moments.
