Deep Dive: Laughter Yoga
Friday, 1/12, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Laughter Yoga isn't a pose-based practice like traditional yoga. Rather, it's a way of using conscious laughter to simply accept with positivity all the ways that life is difficult. Participants sit in a circle and share all the ways their life is trying, difficult, or just plain aggravating and then release that tension and concern using the power of laughter. By laughing at what is most difficult in our experience, it can help us move from denial and anger into acceptance.

Sunday, 12/2/17, 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Love and communication are two of the biggest challenges for a lot of people. Without additional training or even ways of seeing, many people stay stuck – knowing they need to do something different but just not knowing what that is.
In this day retreat, we take the time to do a deep dive into who you are, how you are relating, and work on building some fundamental mindfulness skills around love and communication.
