Mindfulness and Sleep Month
In this month long event, we do the secular training around mindfulness and sleep by diving into:
1. Prioritizing your sleep, 2. Sleep and emotional regulation, 3. Anxiety and insomnia, 4. Lucid dreaming meditations, and 6. The tradition of dream sharing
Participants learn more about sleep, dream work, and enjoy the month together.
